PE Anti-Human CD14 Monoclonal Antibody
The 61D3 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD14, a 53-55 kDa GPI-linked glycoprotein. CD14 is expressed on monocytes, interfollicular macrophages and some dendritic cells. Complexes of LPS and LBP (LPS-Binding Protein) bind with high affinity to monocytes through the surface CD14.

Recommended Application: FC
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis (The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used from 20 µL to 5 µL per 100 µL of peripheral blood. Please check your vial). Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.
